Do you work with our existing venue, AV and catering partners?
Yes. Chantico coordinates directly with your venue, AV team, caterer and florist so the entire activation moves as one brief. You don't need to play middleman between five suppliers.
How early should we book a corporate activation?
Most corporate activations book 4 to 8 weeks ahead. Larger conferences and multi-zone builds usually need 8 to 12 weeks. We scope the full timeline in your concept call so nothing gets rushed.
